Member Application & Renewal

To become a member of the Cascade Chapter of NATS, you must first be registered with the National group. Once you have registered with NATS, you can then become a member of the Cascade Chapter.

OPTION #1

Click here to download, print off and mail in the local 2012 New Member/Renewal membership form with the annual dues paid by check.

OPTION #2

1) Pay for membership via PAYPAL – click on the New Member or Member Renewal button. There is a $1 surcharge, which covers the administration fee for using Paypal. If you pay online, no need to fill out an envelope or buy a stamp!

2) Complete application/renewal form online, including the transaction ID
